Just 24 hrs after posting our Mental Healing Sailing appeal I was woken @ 5 AM this morning by the doorbell ringing, on opening my front door, I was to find an elderly gentleman, wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses, T-shirt and shorts he was already to go sailing. Attracted by the yacht and laser dinghies I have stored on my driveway he had found a safe port. After ringing a tax and informing his wife of he’s imminent safe return, it struck me how we all do not know when our most important tool “our mind” is likely to falter and in need of repair.
