Ratings
Everyone has to start somewhere. As a Rating, you will be invited to join one of our sailing programs either on one of our coded charter boats located on the south coast or at one of our partner organisations sites. We will teach you how to sail and you will return ashore a competent sailor.
Crew member
A Ratings next step on the ladder, as a competent crew member you will be sharing your knowledge and passion of ocean sailing with the next recruit. If you join us with previous crew experience you can share your knowledge and passion with others. We are looking for volunteers to assist our Ratings on their ocean journey.
Skipper & Mates
Our Skippers and Mates come from a long line of dedicated and experienced sailors, some have sailed across the roughest oceans and even around the world. All hold recognised RYA sailing qualifications.
Support Organisations
Everything we do relies on the support of a network of organisations. If your organisation can provide a sailing opportunity, support service or help to fund a Rating to attend a sailing adventure we would love to hear from you.
